This workshop will give cultural practitioners an overview of how to build a content strategy including the basics of:
- What content is and why it matters
- What content you have - the content funnel and the content calendar
- Where to publish it - content types and publishing platforms
- How to do it – the skills you need to acquire
- Is it worth it - KPIs
- Things you need to be aware of – rights etc
