Audience Finder Support Sessions

Make the most of Audience Finder: speak to a member of our team to get the answers to your questions

Book a free one-to-one session to get tailored advice on using Audience Finder. We’ll match you to the right member of our team who can answer questions, help you solve problems or extend the way you are using Audience Finder. Sessions are booked in slots (up to 60 mins), for a maximum of two members of your team and usually take place over the phone or Skype. Screen sharing means that you can follow instructions visually as someone talks you through the dashboard and other tools.

Due to the high volume of interest for Support Session slots, we are currently unable to take any further bookings for the next month. Sign up for our Audience Finder newsletter to be notified of available slots in March, soon to be announced.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact our Audience Finder Support Team. There are available Monday - Friday 10-6pm to answer your Audience Finder questions and help you get the most of the tool.

The new Audience Finder: an introductory guide is a great resource to guide you through Audience Finder.

The TAA team also offer a half-day workshop, designed for your whole organisation or a particular team. Workshops explore not just what Audience Finder & Audience Spectrum tell you about your audience, but how you might use that insight to develop audiences and advocacy.

Workshops cost £500 (+ VAT and travel costs).
