Leading international arts consultant Roger Tomlinson has joined The Audience Agency Board of Trustees. Now mostly retired, throughout his distinguished career, Roger has worked with government, funders, local authorities and arts organisations on a holistic approach to developing arts provision and strategies for arts and audience development and engagement.
Roger developed TheTicketingInstitute.com as a free information and resources website on ticketing, marketing and CRM solutions, with in-depth evaluation tools to enable arts organisations to assess the fitness-for-purpose and appropriate purchase models for such systems. He has also completed major studies on the integration of ticketing across arts and entertainment organisations and has consulted on this subject across the world.
Having been involved in helping set up many of the UK’s pioneering arts marketing/audience development agencies, and as a long-term data champion, it is great to be helping The Audience Agency at this time, when it is delivering so much to help the arts thrive nationally
