Adrienne was Director of Arts Marketing Hampshire (AMH) from 2000- 2005 and then of the three year Audience Development South East programme for Arts Council England South East; her specialisms in addition to audience development are diversity and evaluation.
She began her career backstage, was box office supervisor for the National Theatre from 1976 - 1980, then worked as marketing manager in regional theatres until 1994, when she joined Arts About Manchester as performing arts consultant.
When Audiences South (previously AMH) closed in 2006, she joined Audiences London Plus (now integrated into The Audience Agency) as Regional Director for the South East.
Evaluation clients have included Creative People and Places, Legacy Trust UK, and artSouth. She is currently working with external consultants on local authority cultural strategy.
Adrienne is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a CIM marketing diploma. She is an accredited audio describer and Chair of Trustees for ArtSway, a small gallery in the New Forest.
