As Junior Consultant, Ceri delivers consultancy and manages projects across the North of England. She is experienced in audience insight, data visualisation, and project management.
Prior to joining The Audience Agency, she worked in various roles in the music industry – starting her career in the Insight team at Sony Music, and most recently, leading on insight and data analysis for Subtv. Her experience includes building analytics dashboards with Tableau, analysing app user behaviour, managing an online research community, supporting international segmentation projects, designing and analysing surveys, producing bespoke research reports, conducting qualitative interviews and focus groups and contributing to insight-driven marketing and digital strategies.
Ceri has a BA Hons in Natural Sciences (with a Biology/Psychology focus) from the University of Cambridge, and a Cert HE in Songwriting from The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.
