Gareth Davies is the Finance & Admin Director, at The Audience Agency. He is responsible for Finance, Human Resources and all aspects of the operations of the organisation. He has over 12 years of experience working in the cultural sector, having previously worked at Burnley Youth Theatre. In 2005 he was the General Manager of Burnley Youth Theatre, responsible for finance and operational implementation, during the construction and opening of a new £1.5m purpose-built youth theatre, the first of its kind in the UK. Prior to moving to the cultural sector he had a number of roles in the travel industry, including the role of Branch Manager of a national Business Travel Agency.

At The Audience Agency since 2010 he has helped oversee the merger of Audiences London and All About Audiences in December 2012, to create The Audience Agency. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
