Hayley has previously worked for a range of creative organisations including Harrogate International Festivals, The Collections Trust, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Dance North Scotland. She has also spent time working in Higher Education at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the University of the West of England managing knowledge exchange projects. Throughout these roles she has developed extensive partnership development and project management skills, effectively managing multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. At RIBA she managed the Education Review, an 18-month large-scale strategic project addressing the drop-off in students in architecture education. More recently she has developed a transnational contemporary dance network while at Dance North Scotland with partners in Norway, Finland and Lithuania.
She has a BA in English Literature from Durham University and received a distinction for her Masters in Art Gallery & Museum Studies from the University of Leeds. Her professional training includes a Project Management qualification from City University.
