As part of the Technology Platform & Product Team, Holly helps arts and heritage organisations understand and grow their audiences and revenues. She is responsible for setting-up organisations annual survey and dashboard reporting tools, providing support resources to help clients collect and use their audience data and undertaking analysis and reporting.
Prior to joining the Audience Agency, Holly studied Events Management at the University of Chester where she achieved a First-Class Honours degree. As part of the programme, she volunteered with numerous arts and heritage organisations including Storyhouse, Chester Theatre Club and Dudley Canal Trust. Holly also conducted various research projects, most notably her dissertation investigation into how arts organisations can use specific marketing techniques to engage students aged 18-25 with Musical Theatre.
