Rhiannon works across the cultural sector, providing consultancy services and project management support to a wide range of clients.
Since joining The Audience Agency in 2014, Rhiannon's role has developed to encompass managing complex multi-partner projects, quantitative and qualitative research, leading festival and project evaluations, and audience development planning. She also provides training and support in a range of subjects, including evaluation and the recently introduced GDPR legislation.
Rhiannon is based in the Midlands, though with a national remit. Her key clients have included the Culture Central consortium in Birmingham, Heritage Lottery Fund, the National Trust, Birmingham International Dance Festival, Paines Plough and The Sixteen.
Before she joined The Audience Agency, Rhiannon spent a number of years working for Arts Council England where she managed the Government Indemnity Scheme.
