Understanding resilience workshop: from £500 per organisation
This introductory workshop is typically attended by senior decision makers from across the cultural sector and is designed for groups of 2 – 6 organisations. Together participants explore the concepts of resilience and build an understanding of how it may help their organisations thrive. Includes scenarios from the wider creative, third and public sectors and internationally. Dates to be arranged to suit participating organisations.
Resilience audit: from £1,250
A review of your organisational resilience – behaviours, systems, processes, organisational culture and performance versus benchmarks.
Innovation workshop for senior teams: from £900
- External opportunities – looking at trends, changes in consumer and organisation needs, where there are gaps in the market for you to fill.
- Internal assets and capabilities – brand, knowledge, skills, content, rights, data, physical assets etc that you can better exploit for public benefit or increased sustainability.
- Choose one of these two areas to focus on.
Strategy and planning:
Through workshops, one-on-one interviews and collaborative drafting we can work with you to develop new strategies, new business plans or specific funding or project proposals. This may include for example, enterprise development (new experiences, services, products) or alternative sources of funding and revenues from outside grant aid for culture.
Impact monitoring and evaluation:

Our work with resilience
The Audience Agency has developed an extensive understanding of the pressures and challenges facing the sector, through years of advising and supporting a wide range of organisations, as well as delivering nationally strategic projects like Audience Finder.
Our enterprise arm, Golant Media Ventures (GMV), advises on and practically supports resilience in cultural organisations on behalf of Arts Council Wales and Arts Council England and directly.
Together, we did the biggest ever study of resilience in the cultural sector for Arts Council England alongside their strategy review 2020-2030.
