Prior to working at The Audience Agency, Nicky lectured in Theatre at York St John University, specialising in socially engaged performance. She has considerable experience of leading community arts projects, particularly with neurodiverse communities, and has developed tools that support them to participate in research and evaluation.
Formally, Nicky held community and education roles at Hampstead Theatre and Arcola Theatre in London, leading on theatre projects with schools, hospitals, care homes and elders’ groups.
