Sophie’s role at The Audience Agency involves working on bespoke research projects with a wide range of cultural organisations. This includes analysing qualitative data to contribute to reports, in addition to facilitating and conducting fieldwork such as interviews, visitor journey mapping and focus groups.
Prior to working at The Audience Agency, Sophie completed an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art. She previously conducted academic research on topics such as arts for the elderly, arts marketing and Manchester’s cultural identity. Sophie has experience in a variety of roles within different art galleries and museums, including curation, marketing, corporate partnership development, arts education, fundraising and digital app authorship.
