Every click counts

Cimeon Ellerton, Products and Programmes Director spoke about making the digital visitor appear. Clicks and Bricks is a project funded by Arts Council England’s Museum Resilience Fund, run by The Audience Agency and brings together the Geffrye Museum, the National Railway Museum, Oxford Aspire, York Museum Trust, Bristol Museums Service, Hampshire Cultural Trust, and Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums. Cimeon spoke about how this ground-breaking project will allow the museum and heritage sector to gain a fuller understanding of how both visitor and digital information can be used to make online visitors just as important as those who step through your door.
