Fran is an experienced researcher specialising in mixed qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Before joining The Audience Agency Fran led research for the higher education market for a commercial integrated marketing agency, and prior to that was the marketer for the multi-disciplinary outdoor arts programme at MediaCityUK, Quays Culture.
Recent work includes leading on the research and testing for Southampton Solent University’s global rebrand, and brand perceptions and tracking for a variety of higher education clients.
Fran has her first degree in Photography from Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Masters degree in Fine Art. Fran is a trained researcher and is a member of the Market Research Society.
